Founder and Chairman
The GD Group company was founded by Mr. Rakesh Agrawal in 1993. Mr. Agrawal is a social personality, activist, visionary, and an experienced businessman with a career spanning almost three decades. His business acumen has led the company through all its successes and earned him the title of “chief mentor” of the company.
Mr. Rakesh Agrawal, a Science and Law graduate, started the distribution organization in Madhya Pradesh, handling reputed national and multinational companies such as Castrol India Ltd, Bosch, Amara Raja Energy and Mobility Ltd, JK Tires, and AkzoNobel India Ltd. He became a leading figure in sectors such as Auto Ancillary and Building Materials.
Mr. Agrawal’s total commitment to integrity and transparency has made GD Group a preferred partner for companies' distribution operations. His immense experience, inspirational leadership, and motivational management are key traits guiding the company toward new milestones.
Vice Chairman
Mr. Pankaj Agrawal, co-founder and Director of the company, is a visionary with exceptional caliber. He leverages his managerial and technical expertise in the daily operations of the company.
Mr. Pankaj Agrawal is a Commerce graduate. He oversees warehouse and inventory management in real-time and manages dispatch and logistics services to retailers. He handles the group’s finances and plays a key role in management decisions. His understanding of business dynamics gives the company a clear competitive edge.

Managing Director
Mr. Harsh Agrawal is the Managing Director of GD Sales Corporation. He joined the company in 2023 after completing his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune. He also pursued an MBA in Marketing, Management, and Leadership. His technical inclination towards the latest IT technologies has played a key role in streamlining GD’s distribution operations, making significant improvements in automation and ERP/SAP analytics.
He oversees client accounting software, manages the sales and marketing analytics team, and handles retailer-sales team relationships. His primary focus is increasing market penetration and developing new retailer and dealer networks. To maintain high-quality standards, he emphasizes three pillars: innovation, automation, and obtaining quality certifications.
He actively manages the company’s portfolio by investing in financial market instruments, real estate, start-ups, and other asset classes across multiple geographies.
